BEGINNERS 2: ON YOUR HANDS
This 3-hour
gymnastic session aims to introduce you to the “on your hands” skills of following Crossfit:
Pull-ups, dips, supports, handstand,
handstand push-ups, press-ups, various
static holds like the L-sit, the frog stand,
Abdominal conditioning like you
have never seen before.
There is also an introduction to basic pommel work
The session also
introduces you to the POSE method of running, and introduces the Zone diet, which are not really "on your hands" but you will be glad of the rest

PERSONAL TRAINING IN CROSSFIT
Crossfit London trains you to master challenging regimes and exercise skills.
Personal training sessions are available in the luxury surroundings of the Andaz Hotel Gym, Liverpool Street, London EC2M (for all you hardworking city boys and girls)
For the rest of us – courses and personal training are available at the East London Gymnastics Centre, Beckton E6 or round the back of Andrews House in StratfordGROUP CLASSES.
We have two group classes.
Most Saturdays, Primrose Hill - focusing on body weight, high intensity exercises.
Most Sundays, Stratford - focusing on heavy lifting.
These are not beginner sessions and assume you have the basic lifts and underlying conditioning required. Invites are sent out each time a session is confirmed

Book onto the Crossfit London Intro Course or get some personal training.
is the only Crossfit level 2 Certified trainer in London and has many fitness and sports qualifications with leading bodies, including the Register of Exercise Professionals, BWLA (the British Weightlifting Association), the ASA (Amateur Swimming Association), the UKKA (the United Kingdom Kettlebell Association), UK Athletics, SABA (Schools Amateur Boxing Association), ABA (Amateur Boxing Association) and a wedge of martial arts certificates.
He has a degree in Law and Sociology, a post-grad in Property Management, and is currently studying sports science. He spent 3 years as a doorman in London's East End.
He tends to wear a neck scarf that most people think doesn't suit him.
